Sickness Benefits

Description

Payments to a person covered who is rendered temporarily incapable of work otherwise as a result of an injury or disease.

Occurred in the course of, or arose out of employment;

Prevented from attending work due to quarantine restriction.

Required documents

All sick leave claim must be done 7 days after the end date of the medical leave

  • Letter from Employer for both employed/casual.
  • Identity Card
  • Valid Bank card
  • Dependents ID card for children who is still in school (Where applicable)
  • Dependents Birth Certificate (If Applicant has declared the child he/she is legible to claim benefit
