The Agency offers statutory and non-statutory benefits and several schemes to all Seychellois citizens upon meeting the relevant criteria under a particular benefit category. Statutory benefits are covered under the Social Security Act, 2010.
The most commonly known non-statutory benefit is welfare assistance.
