Announcements

Date: Monday, 16th June 2025

The Agency for Social Protection (ASP) hereby informs the public that, following a health assessment conducted by the Public Health Authority, all ASP staff previously located on the first floor of Oceangate House will transition to remote work effective Monday, 16th June 2025, until further notice.

Please note that as we are finalizing all technical arrangements to enable staff to work from home, there will be a slight delay in certain payments. We anticipate that payment processing will return to normal by Tuesday, 17th June 2025.

The Customer Services Unit (Room 10) will continue to operate as usual, providing in-person services to customers daily. Furthermore, all ASP offices across the districts of Mahe, Praslin, and La Digue will maintain their regular operating hours without interruption.

ASP remains steadfast in its commitment to delivering the highest standard of service to its clients despite the current operational challenges. We kindly request the public’s understanding, cooperation, and support during this period until normal operations can resume.

The management of ASP is actively working to restore full functionality at the earliest possible time and will provide updates as the situation evolves.

We thank you for your continued patience and support.
