Welcome to ASPConnect
ASPConnect is the Agency for Social Protection’s new digital platform that brings all social welfare and benefit services online. With ASPConnect, you can access ASP services 24/7 from any location — at home, at work, or on the go. No more waiting in line or visiting an office during business hours.
What Can You Do with ASPConnect?
With your ASPConnect account, you can:
- Apply for social welfare or benefit services – Submit applications online in minutes
- Track your application status in real-time – Know exactly where your application is at any moment
- Manage your dependents and personal details – Keep your information up-to-date from anywhere
- Submit complaints or appeals directly online – Resolve issues without visiting an office
- Store your documents digitally – Access important files anytime

Where Can You Access ASPConnect?
You have two convenient options:
Option 1: Online at Your Own Convenience
Access ASPConnect anytime, 24/7 from your computer, smartphone, or tablet

If you prefer in-person assistance, visit any ASP office in your district and staff can help you navigate the platform
Getting Started: The 4-Step Registration Process
STEP 1: Visit the ASPConnect Portal
Go to the ASPConnect login page:
https://aspservices.gov.sc/eSPSPortal/frmlogin.aspx
Click on the “Create Account” or “First Time User?” option to begin registration.
STEP 2: Register and Login with Your SeyID
This step requires you to have a SeyID account. SeyID is Seychelles’ national digital identity platform.
What you need:
- Your SeyID credentials (if you already have one)
- Your SeyID must be active and verified

Once you have SeyID:
- Click “Login with SeyID”
- Enter your SeyID username and password
- Review and confirm your personal details from SeyID
- Authorize ASPConnect to access your verified information

STEP 3: Complete Your ASPConnect Registration
After verifying your SeyID details:
- Review Your Information – Confirm all personal details are correct
- Add Contact Information – Update phone numbers and email where we can reach you
- Set Up Notifications – Choose how you’d like to receive updates (SMS, email, or both)
- Accept Terms and Conditions – Read and agree to ASPConnect terms of use
- Submit Registration – Finalize your account

STEP 4: Access Your Dashboard
Once registered, you can log in anytime to access your dashboard where you can:
- Apply for social welfare or benefit services – Start new applications for the benefits you qualify for
- Track your application status in real-time – Monitor progress from submission to decision
- Manage dependents and personal details – Update household information, add dependents, or change contact details
- Submit complaints or appeals directly online – File complaints about service or appeal benefit decisions
- View your benefits – See active benefits, payment schedules, and benefit history
- Download documents – Access and download official letters and documentation
Before You Start: What You'll Need
To successfully register for ASPConnect, gather the following:
Required Documents:
- Your National Identity Card or National Identity Number (NIN)
- Valid Proof of Address (utility bill, rental agreement, or government letter)
- Proof of Income (if applying for benefits)
- Bank or Mobile Money Account Details (for benefit payments)
Required Information:
- Your full legal name as it appears on your ID
- Your date of birth
- Your active email address
- Your mobile phone number
- SeyID credentials (username and password)
Optional but Helpful:
- Details of any dependents you’re supporting
- Information about your employment status
- Your income details (for eligibility assessment)

Q: Can I apply for benefits in person at an ASP office instead?

A: Registration typically takes 10-15 minutes if you already have SeyID. If you need to register for SeyID first, allow 15-20 minutes for that process.
Q: What happens if I make a mistake in my application?
A: You can often edit and resubmit applications directly through ASPConnect before they are processed. Once an application is submitted and under review, contact ASP support to discuss changes.
Q: Will I receive updates about my application?
